The milliQan detector is a dedicated scintillator-based detector located near CMS that is designed to search for millicharged particles at the LHC.

FORMOSA is a proposed successor experiment to milliQan providing greatly expanded sensitivity to low mass millicharged particles in the forward region of the LHC.
